One of my Favorite Sandwiches
In high school I used to make myself this sandwich all of the time. It is sweet, salty, crunchy, tangy, and delicious. It's also super simple and makes a great spread for brunch.
Things in the sandwich:
a granny smith apple washed and cut into thin slices
a piece of brie cheese
honey mustard (I just take yellow mustard and add a little bit of honey to it)
bread- I recommend a ciabatta, baguette, or any slightly sour bread with a nice crust
Instructions:
Spread honey mustard on two slices of bread then put everything between it. Simple and yummy.
I like to put it out on a platter and have people assemble their own if it's a brunch-type situation
Enjoy!
